Compare the page count, content, functionality and ongoing costs behind a contractor website quote.

Start with the job the website needs to do

A three-page site introducing one service is a different project from a multi-location website with separate service pages, booking and a project library. Write down the primary inquiry you want, the services you need to explain and the areas you actually cover. This makes competing proposals easier to compare.

Use Brandiket’s tiers as a starting point

Brandiket Marketplace website design and redesign projects currently start at $499 for up to three pages, $799 for up to five pages and $999 for up to ten pages. These are one-time design tiers, not an all-inclusive lifetime website cost. Confirm your content, platform and functional requirements before treating a starting price as the final total.

Separate the build from the running costs

Ask where hosting, domain registration, software, maintenance, copywriting, photography and integrations sit in the quote. A lower design fee may still be appropriate, but you need the full picture. Compare the first-year total and the expected ongoing monthly costs, with any optional support clearly separated.

Know when ongoing support fits

Foundation $197 · Lead Engine $397 · Growth System $799 per month. Foundation includes a one-page website, Lead Engine includes a five-page website, Growth System includes a 8–10-page website. Plans are billed monthly. Setup fees are waived with a 12-month agreement. Month-to-month clients pay the applicable setup fee plus the first monthly payment when starting. A one-time Marketplace website does not require a BrandiketMAX subscription. Choose based on the work your business needs after launch, not just the opening payment.

Ask for a written scope

Your proposal should identify pages, revision rounds, supplied content, forms, access, launch responsibilities and handoff. If the team discovers a new integration requirement, agree the added work before production. A useful quote describes the finished deliverable and the process for approving it.

Your practical checklist

  • List required pages and functions
  • Separate one-time and recurring fees
  • Check content and hosting exclusions
  • Confirm revision and handoff terms
